The opportunity is for multiple Regional Directors who want to lead and build a great recruitment team. As the Regional Director, you will be leading the explosive growth in your assigned Region by expanding our customer and vendor relationships. You will build and shape the team of Recruiters & Account Managers in your region within your specialized staffing verticals. (Current verticals include: Information Technology / Engineering / Sales and Marketing / Accounting and Finance / Supply Chain and Logistics / Executive Search / Healthcare Informatics / HR). You will be hands on working a recruitment desk either as an Account Manager or by running a 360 desk until you have built your team. You will serve as a business partner to the Executive team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • You are a proven top performing in sales and have strong leadership capabilities within the Recruitment industry.
  • You bring at least 8 years experience in Recruitment that includes building teams, coaching, and helping empower other Recruiters and Account Managers to become successful.
  • You’re a strategic thinker and have the ability to transition those strategies into tactical activities.
  • You’ve dreamed of working virtually and have the self-starter skills to actually do it.
  • You are a multitasker with the desire to run a 360 desk for the first year while you build and develop your own team.
  • You like the idea of one of the highest compensation plans in the industry (80%) because you like to control your destiny and have your income be a true reflection of your efforts and results.
