As a Technical Recruiter for our client you will have a dual role within an award winning IT consulting firm: 

  1. You will be a Recruitment Star recruiting for technical positions within the Financial Technology
  2. You will be a Relationship Builder building and sustaining robust long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners.

What will you do? 

  • Coordinate hiring needs with managers 
  • Develop a network of contacts with technical people in Finance (Fintech)
  • Recruit candidates such as DBAs, Java developers, C++, C#, .Net, PMs, 
  • Source candidates through effective search techniques using internal database, external job databases and social media networks 
  • Enroll passive candidates 
  • Conduct preliminary phone screening interviews 
  • Conduct in-person interviews  
  • Coordination of candidates' interviews with clients 
  • Conduct credit/criminal and reference checks 
  • Presentation of offers of employment 
  • Find innovative staffing solutions 
  • All other staffing-related tasks 

They are looking for someone who: 

  • Just can't get enough of recruitment, loves keeping abreast of current trends and innovative practices, and doesn't hesitate to experiment with new methods 
  • An intermediate IT recruiter with 3-5 years’ experience 
  • Proven ability to source candidate with the Financial Technology industry (Imperative) 
  • Excel in managing numerous tasks, responsibilities and deadlines in a timely organized manner
