,As a Technical Recruiter for our client you will have a dual role within an award winning IT consulting firm:
- You will be a Recruitment Star recruiting for technical positions within the Financial Technology
- You will be a Relationship Builder building and sustaining robust long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
What will you do?
- Coordinate hiring needs with managers
- Develop a network of contacts with technical people in Finance (Fintech)
- Recruit candidates such as DBAs, Java developers, C++, C#, .Net, PMs,
- Source candidates through effective search techniques using internal database, external job databases and social media networks
- Enroll passive candidates
- Conduct preliminary phone screening interviews
- Conduct in-person interviews
- Coordination of candidates' interviews with clients
- Conduct credit/criminal and reference checks
- Presentation of offers of employment
- Find innovative staffing solutions
- All other staffing-related tasks
They are looking for someone who:
- Just can't get enough of recruitment, loves keeping abreast of current trends and innovative practices, and doesn't hesitate to experiment with new methods
- An intermediate IT recruiter with 3-5 years’ experience
- Proven ability to source candidate with the Financial Technology industry (Imperative)
- Excel in managing numerous tasks, responsibilities and deadlines in a timely organized manner
